Darrell brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience to his work in executive search. His operating background includes leadership roles in Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond hotels, Michelin-recognized restaurants, and private business, social, and golf clubs.
Having worked inside luxury hospitality organizations, Darrell understands the leadership demands behind guest experience, financial performance, team culture, and ownership expectations. That perspective shapes how DSG evaluates talent and advises clients throughout the search process.
Darrell recruits Executive Committee, senior, and corporate-level leaders across General Management, Operations, Finance and Accounting, Culinary and Food & Beverage, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources and People & Culture. He works directly with hotel groups, resorts, and private clubs to identify leaders who can succeed within each organization’s operating environment and culture.
